The United States Postal Service and the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) will be among the employers recruiting at Step Forward’s Oct. 23 job fair. 

The hiring event will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Brooklyn Branch of the Cleveland Public Library,  3706 Pearl Road, Cleveland.

These are the employers that will be recruiting:

  • DeHart Works, an employment agency
  • RTA
  • USPS
  • YMCA of Greater Cleveland

Step Forward is an anti-poverty agency, which oversees the Head Start program in Cuyahoga County and administers federal programs such as the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). The agency focuses on economic self-sufficiency and sees holding job fairs as part of this mission.
