Rodeo queens and cowboys saddled up to attend Beyoncé Fan Day at the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Friday to celebrate the release of the singer’s new album, “Act II: Cowboy Carter.” Signal Cleveland spoke with a few divas (even some who flew in from out of state) for the event.
Fans in Cleveland took their assignment seriously, showing up decked out in rhinestone cowboy hats, bedazzled stiletto boots, customized denim jackets and Beyhive accessories.
