Cleveland and Cuyahoga County governments tapped the nonprofit CHN Housing Partners (CHN) to administer $100 million in pandemic rental assistance to more than 30,000 households. Most of the more than $170 million in the federal pandemic rental assistance that has come to this area has already been distributed.
