Euclid Beach Mobile Park residents being evicted after the Western Reserve Land Conservancy purchased the property. It intends to convert the property to green space and turn it over the Cleveland Metroparks.

We published a story on the efforts to relocate more than 100 residents living in 118 units at the Euclid Beach Mobile Home Community, which is being redeveloped on Cleveland’s lakefront.

For months, Signal Cleveland has chronicled the impact of the pending relocation on these North Collinwood residents, who must move to make way for the expansion of Cleveland Metroparks’ Euclid Beach Park

The latest development is about what financial guidelines the park’s owner – the Western Reserve Land Conservancy – will follow when relocating the residents.

Our story examines the pros and cons of the plan. I hope you can take a look.
