It is not the first time, and it won’t be the last that Cleveland weather delivers extreme cold.
Expect to see high temps below freezing starting Sunday and continuing into next week.
This Cleveland winter is unrelenting. Last January, Northeast Ohioans experienced above-average temperatures. Signal Cleveland gathered winter weather resources you can share and info on how you can offer help to those who need it.

How you can help
LMM (Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry) is housing around 350 to 400 people a night in their shelters, according to Marcella Brown, vice president of development and communications.
“No one will go unserved. Anyone who wants or seeks shelter care will have shelter available to them,” Brown said.
Brown said LMM is looking for donations of men’s cold-weather clothing — new or gently used coats, gloves, scarves, hats and boots. They are also in need of personal items such as belts.
“We are committed to honor the dignity of the people we serve,” Brown said.
The best way to donate toiletries and personal items is through the organization’s Amazon wish list. You can also donate gift cards.
