The City of Cleveland is asking residents and business owners with property damage from the Aug. 6 storm to fill out a storm survey.
Use this link to fill out the survey.
City officials will use the information to understand how many people were affected by the storm and to seek support to help people recover, though there’s no guarantee of financial help at this point.
Both renters and homeowners are encouraged to fill out the survey, according to the city. The survey asks questions about the location of damage, for instance the roof or garage.
You’ll also be able to submit photos of damage if you have them.
The deadline for completing the survey is Aug. 23. Residents and business owners can also call 311 for help filling out the survey.
People who don’t have internet access or power can use computers that will be set up by city staff at the following Cleveland Recreation and Resource Centers from noon until 6 p.m. through Aug. 23.
Collinwood Recreation Center, 16300 Lakeshore Blvd.
Zelma George Recreation Center, 3155 MLK Jr. Blvd.
Cudell Recreation Center, 1910 West Blvd.
Michael Zone Recreation Center, 6301 Lorain Ave.
