Meghann Hennen started her home-based bakery, Challah at Meg, at the urging of friends. She began making the Jewish braided bread early in the pandemic for a religious observance. Hennen thought she had found a new hobby. It soon turned into a Side Hustle after people kept asking her to make them loaves. Hennen surveys a big loaf cooling on a wrak.
