Estabrook Neighborhood Resource & Recreation Center
The Estabrook Recreation Center will be hosting a series of events running from Monday, Dec. 23, to Friday, Jan. 3. A trip to the zoo, movie night and a New Year’s Eve celebration are just a few of the activities in store. Estabrook Recreation Center is located at 4125 Fulton Rd. Candy Land It’s Wild in Ohio
Looking to make your winter break sweet? Candy Land comes to life at the Penitentiary Glen Reservation in Kirtland From now until Jan. 1. Enjoy an interactive, life-size game of Candy Land in addition to scavenger hunts, themed crafts and more. The exhibit is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily but will be closed on Christmas. Registration is not required. The Penitentiary Glen Reservation is located at 8668 Kirtland-Chardon Road. Puritas Nursery, Holiday Trains 2024

Enjoy the Holiday Trains at the Puritas Nursery, running now till Dec. 31. This festive experience features more than a dozen one-of-a-kind, landscaped model trains running throughout the nursery. Do some last-minute holiday shopping, participate in a scavenger hunt or take some family photos with the holiday train displays. Kirtland Nativity Exhibit
Kirtland Temple Visitors Center will be hosting a display of multiple nativity scenes from now until Dec. 31. Enjoy the story of the birth of Jesus Christ as told from different cultures from around the world. There will be a children’s room that has plenty of fun, hands-on activities. Tower City Noon Year’s Eve
Ring in the New Year with a Noon Year’s Eve celebration at Tower City on Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be superhero and princess character meet and greets, a dance party, sock skating and plenty more. Guests can take part in a “Noon Year’s” countdown – 4,000 colorful balloons will be dropped from the ceiling. Tickets for the first 400 attendees are free.
